The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or Service without the company’s consent.
No unauthorized recordings or reproductions of Feuer Nursing Review Content (lecture videos, study books, practice questions, etc.) may be made or shared without the company’s consent.
Refunds, Discounts, and Unexpected Scenarios
Refunds:
For Self-Paced Online Courses:
- 1-month subscription: 7 days after purchase
- 3-month & 6-month subscription: 14 days after purchase
For Live Online Courses: 24 hours before the first day of class
For 3 Printed Study Books: $50 non-refundable fee plus shipping fee; books must be returned in new condition.
Discounts:
Coupons cannot be used for other discounted courses or combined with other coupons.
Extensions:
- Extensions for Self-Paced Online Courses and Live Online Courses are non-refundable.
- Maximum of 3 course extensions allowed.
Unexpected Circumstances:
For Live Online Courses, inform us 24 hours before the first day of class for potential refunds based on the situation and proof of documentation.
Switching Classes or Products
Requests to switch to a different live online class may be made before 48 hours of the class that you have registered for.
If you contact us after your class begins, you will not be eligible for a refund but can apply your payment to a future class or another product within 3 months.
Class Cancellations
If a class is canceled by Feuer Nursing Review for extraordinary circumstances, you will be given the option of a full refund or a credit to apply your payment to a future class or product.
Class Recordings
Feuer Nursing Review records every Live Online Class conducted on Zoom. Those courses you participate in may be used in future product packages or used in promotional materials by Feuer Nursing Review.
