The client reports dizziness, excessive thirst, frequent urination, hunger, and blurry vision. Reports of having issues with her gastrointestinal system, such as vomiting and diarrhea. Previously, she had prolonged vaginal deliveries for the other two children because all of them weighed above 4000g (9 lbs.). She reports no leakage of fluid, mild contractions, and present fetal movements. The pregnancy looks like polyhydramnios. Complete blood count RBCs: 4.8 million cells/mcL; WBCs: 8,000 cells/mcL; Hgb: 14.0 gm/dL; Platelets: 400,000/dL. A random blood glucose level of 180mg/dL (10.0 mmol/L).
