Live Online Refunds
Refund requests must follow the Live Online refund policy stated below.
Class Switches
Students may request to switch classes up to 48 hours before class begins.
Recordings
Live Online classes may be recorded for student access and course use.
Course Materials
Books, videos, QBank questions, handouts, and recordings may not be copied, shared, or reproduced.
Payment Plans
Third-party payment options may be subject to separate provider terms.
No NCLEX® Results Guarantee
Feuer Nursing Review provides NCLEX® review courses, study materials, practice questions, and educational support. However, Feuer Nursing Review does not guarantee NCLEX® results, passing scores, licensure, employment, or any specific testing outcome.
Student results may vary based on individual preparation, attendance, study habits, testing history, exam readiness, and other factors.
Refunds, Credits, and Course Changes
Live Online Review
Students enrolled in a Live Online NCLEX® Review may request a refund only before lunch on Day 1 of class. After that point, refunds are not available.
After the refund window has passed, eligible students may request a credit toward a future class or product within three months, subject to Feuer Nursing Review approval and availability.
Switching Live Online Classes
Students may request to switch to a different Live Online class up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start date.
Switch requests are subject to availability.
Self-Paced Online Courses
Extensions
Printed Books and Shipping
Printed books are shipped to the address provided by the student during registration or checkout. Students are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping and handling fees are separate from the course price unless otherwise stated.
Book returns, replacements, and refunds may be subject to product condition, shipping status, and applicable return fees. Returned books must be in new or unused condition unless otherwise approved by Feuer Nursing Review.
Live Online Class Recordings
Feuer Nursing Review may record Live Online classes conducted through Zoom or other online platforms.
Recordings may be made available to enrolled students for a limited period after class. Student names, voices, video, chat messages, or participation may appear in recordings if students choose to participate during class.
Students who do not wish to appear on video may keep their camera turned off and may choose how they participate, subject to class participation requirements.
Unauthorized recording, downloading, copying, sharing, or distribution of Feuer Nursing Review class recordings is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All Feuer Nursing Review course materials, including videos, printed books, digital books, lecture notes, study plans, QBank questions, rationales, exams, handouts, slides, recordings, and website content are the property of Feuer Nursing Review or its licensors.
Students may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, upload, sell, share, or publish any Feuer Nursing Review materials without written permission.
Unauthorized sharing of course access, login credentials, recordings, books, or QBank materials may result in removal from the course without refund.
Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, working device, email access, and access to Zoom or the required course platform.
Feuer Nursing Review is not responsible for missed class time, technical issues, or access problems caused by the student’s internet connection, device, email settings, or platform restrictions.
